The kids' Kitty cat is not doing too well.

The kids' Kitty cat is not doing too well. Her breathing is shallow and VERY labored at this point. I just have no more $ to spend on her, so I posted this on KSL.com for some assistance. My son is in a rehabilitation center and my daughter and I have been taking care of his Kittycat. She recently went outside and was gone 2 days. We kept calling her and she finally drug herself back across, (I guess) our street. I took her to the vet,but we have little money, to say the least. Her tibia was broken at the joint and pelvis in 3 spots. He "manipulated" the tibia and splinted. After the anesthesia, wore off, I noticed her breathing was shallow and labored.Called the vet and got stronger pain meds, from metacam to bu...al. She looked better today, but breathing was still short, then "trying" to get full breath. Xrays from other day, diaphragm looked normal. Vet agreed not to charge office visit so I paid for 1 xray. She has a hernia, so her organs are pushing up un her diaphragm. My daughter has also been traumatized in the last few months, neither child wants euthanasia. Can ANYBODY or a veterinarian donate some services to give this little kitty surgery, and not break 2children's hearts. I just don't have the money. I still owe this vet $400.00that I have to pay next payday,
